For over 20 years, the Sonari Choir Berlin has been a cherished guest at our market. With their repertoire, the gentlemen in white scarves captivate the audience. Their songs of the Advent and Christmas season invite everyone to sing along, sway, and dance.

This year, the renowned Sonari Choir invites you to join them for a sing-along by the Christmas tree and looks forward to your participation!

Every Tuesday at 5:00 PM.

Music and Melodies by Heiko Stang & Duo Saphir

At WeihnachtsZauber Gendarmenmarkt, Heiko Stang and our new Duo Saphir provide enchanting musical highlights during the afternoon program.

Heiko Stang, also known as "Der Liederschulze," brings his extensive stage experience to each performance. With his powerful tenor voice, he delivers a diverse repertoire that spans both classic and modern songs.

Their regular performances are a delightful addition to the WeihnachtsZauber program, contributing significantly to the market's festive and warm atmosphere.

Every Tuesday, from 3:00 PM to 5:30 PM.

On December 24th, 2024, the program concludes at 6:00 PM with a special Christmas carol sing-along led by “Der Liederschulze.”

Each day, the vibrant Walk-Acts at WeihnachtsZauber Gendarmenmarkt bring the market to life, creating joyful interactions with visitors. Whether you're leisurely strolling through the festive stalls or admiring the handcrafted goods, our Walk-Acts are sure to lift your spirits.

Highlights include the majestic Ice Queen and the stately Nutcracker on stilts, transforming the market into a winter fairytale. The Artistokraten add to the magic with imaginative acts like "Fürst Frost and His Family," "Snowflake and the Christmas Elk," and "The Christmas Elves on the Cart," combining acrobatics and entertainment for unforgettable moments.

Among the most original acts are the Heavenly Cloud, who wanders the market with a large tuba, and the charming Dunkelgoldmusik duo, whose violin tunes provide a beautiful soundtrack. The humorous Noble Fir also never fails to bring smiles to visitors' faces.
